Arguments for rpc AttachV2RingBuffer().

• The IPC layer sends the ring buffer’s file descriptor, a sealed memfd, with this request. Without it, the service rejects the request.
• The service takes the ring buffer size from the memfd. The request has no size field.

Fields

chunk_size_bytes: Option<u32>

Bytes per chunk in the shared memory. The service rejects the ring buffer if the size and this value give no valid layout.
