Profile a process and all threads associated with it.
Thread(u64)
Profile a single thread.

Profile a job and all processes and threads associated with it.
SystemWide(SystemWide)
Profile everything running on the system.
Equivalent to finding root job’s koid and passing it as a Task::job.
