A DHCP protocol op-code as defined in RFC 2131.

Note that this type corresponds to the first field of a DHCP message, opcode, and is distinct from the OptionCode type. In this case, “Op” is an abbreviation for Operator, not Option.

OpCode::BOOTREQUEST should only appear in protocol messages from the client, and conversely OpCode::BOOTREPLY should only appear in messages from the server.
