Transfer files between a directories associated with a component to/from the local filesystem.

Arguments

• realm_query: |RealmQueryProxy| to open the component directories.
• paths: The local and remote paths to copy. The last entry is the destination.
• verbose: Flag used to indicate whether or not to print output to console.
