Optional flag indicating whether the wake lease is unmonitored.

If present and true, behaves like `AcquireUnmonitoredWakeLease`:

SAG does not monitor the duration of this lease and will not file a

crash report if it exceeds preconfigured alert thresholds.

Defaults to false if absent.
