Protocol for configuring a USB function.
This protocol is implemented by the USB peripheral controller (protocol server) and called by
the USB function driver (protocol client).
Closing the `UsbFunction` channel automatically deconfigures the function and closes the `iface`
([`UsbFunctionInterface`]) channel.
