Cable unplug with usb-peripheral bound while the function driver's endpoint is still

transferring. The link is already gone, so dwc3 ends the transfer synchronously (DEPENDXFER with

CMDIOC=0), returns the request and resets the core *before* asking usb-peripheral to disconnect.

The core stays powered for that drain but is_active() is false, so the function driver's

CancelAll and DisableEndpoint complete immediately against the idle endpoint instead of waiting

for an event the dead link can no longer deliver. Only once SetConnected(false) completes is the

core powered down, the PHY told and the connection watcher re-armed.
