A DEPENDXFER that times out (DEPCMD.CMDACT stuck) during DEVT_USB_RESET owes no DEPEVT_CMD_CMPLT,

so it must not be recorded as a stale cancel. Otherwise the next real cancel on the endpoint

would have its completion swallowed, leaving it stuck in kCanceling with the function driver's

CancelAll parked forever. Re-configure the endpoint after the reset, run a second transfer and

cancel it over the Endpoint protocol: its DEPEVT_CMD_CMPLT must retire the transfer and reply.
